This Petition for Review has been filed in the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, docket number 441 M. D. 2026, challenging the state’s public education system under Article III, Section 14 of the Pennsylvania Constitution. The case seeks structural reforms, including the phase-out of local public school monopolies and the implementation of universal Education Savings Accounts.

My wife and I are two of the Petitioners and we are proceeding without an attorney. I am not a lawyer and cannot give legal advice or represent anyone else.

However, I would entertain speaking with additional Pennsylvania taxpayers who may wish to join the case as named Petitioners.

Joining means:

• Your full name will appear on the court filings and become a matter of public record.
• You will be required to sign a verification under penalty of law (18 Pa.C.S. § 4904) stating that the facts in the petition are true to the best of your knowledge.
• You may later be subject to discovery (written questions, document requests, or a deposition).
• You will have the same status as the existing petitioners.

This is not a class action and you will not be represented by me or by any attorney simply by expressing interest.
