A lawsuit was filed in Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court in Harrisburg (docket number 441 M.D. 2026) to:
Force the privatization of our failing school system;
Provide every child with an $11,500 scholarship to attend the private school of the parents' choice;
Eliminate any need for the school property tax.
